We loved the hotel's location near the subway station and the convenience of a nearby convenience store. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The room and bathroom had everything we needed and the high-quality toiletries were a nice touch. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Nothing not too like.

Rooms were good sized with multi-channel TV and a writing desk. There was Asakusabashi subway within walking distance of the hotel. Besides, we had free wifi.

The room was cozy and spacious, and the staff was attentive. We were able to leave our luggage at reception before checking in. the location was great, with easy access to subway and train stations. We also enjoyed the view of the river and nearby cafes and supermarkets.
The breakfast seemed overpriced for what was offered. the room could have used more thorough cleaning.

good location for the local JR station which is useful to those travelling on a JR pass. Also a quiet back street location but near enough to local restaurants although has a good restaurant of its own.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice and accommodating. The location was good.
The staff did not speak very much English and didn't have information about a shuttle to the airport, which we assumed they would. We actually got much more help from a woman who was checking in when we were at the desk than we ever got from the staff. It wasn't that they were lazy or purposely not helpful. We didn't have this problem at any other hotel we stayed in, however, and there were several.

Great Location! The hotel is situated very close to a train station and has an array of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more comfortable.
The breakfast offered did not have much variety and was not worth the price charged. The Wi-Fi signal did not reach our room and we had to use it in the lobby area.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. It was in close proximity to a JR and subway station, and just a short walk from the popular shopping district of Akihabara. the room was kept clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast options were limited and had to be ordered in advance, which was inconvenient.
